Procedures for filing documents after business hours:
Time stamp the original document and any copies through the time clock on the box. Documents are inserted face up and the time clock will stamp the right hand corner.
Note: If the documents can be processed, this received stamp is used as the filing date. Documents not reflecting a received stamp will be filed using the date they are processed.
Insert original stamped documents into the opening marked "Documents" (any copies submitted with the original must be accompanied with an appropriate routing slip and self addressed envelopes).
Please Note: This slot opening is one inch thick. Documents larger than one inch should be grouped in sections such as "1 of 3", "2 of 3", "3 of 3", etc.
Do not time stamp proposed orders/judgments. Proposed orders/ judgments should only be deposited in the documents slot.
Attach the filing fee, if required, to the original document. Do not deposit cash. Attach a check, money order, or cashier's check, made payable to: Clerk of the Superior Court
Please Note: Documents not conforming to Arizona Rules of Court, Arizona Revised Statues, and current Court Procedures and Practices, will not be processed.
