My spouse died. How do I get his/her last paycheck?

Arizona Revised Statutes, Title 14 addresses this. For wages, a party can file an affidavit at any time with the employer of the deceased and collect the deceased’s wages if they are not more than $5,000. If more than $5,000, a probate case may be filed. The Clerk of the Superior Court provides an Affidavit to Collect Personal Property Packet.
